Ceramic Coating

A ceramic coating is a liquid protective layer that bonds to your paint and hardens into a slick, glossy shell. It makes your vehicle much easier to wash, helps protect against UV, bird droppings, tree sap and road grime, and keeps the shine far longer than wax or sealant. Vinny is trained and certified in ceramic coating application.

FAQ

Ceramic Coating FAQ

How long does a ceramic coating last?

It depends on the coating chosen and how the vehicle is cared for. Professional coatings last years rather than the weeks you get from wax. Vinny will explain the options and durability for your quote.

Do I still need to wash my car?

Yes. Coatings don't stop dirt from landing, but they make washing much faster and help the paint stay glossy.

How do I keep my coating working?

A coating performs best with regular, gentle washes. On our Maintenance Plan, every visit finishes with a ceramic topper sealant that bonds to the coating and renews its slickness, gloss and water beading, so the coating stays active between visits.

Why does the paint need to be polished first?

A coating locks in whatever is underneath it, including swirls. Polishing first means you're protecting a clean, glossy finish.

Can it be done at my house?

Yes. It's fully mobile. A garage or covered spot is ideal so the coating can cure out of the sun and weather. Mention your setup when you book.
